We typically begin processing orders within 1–3 business days to ensure prompt delivery. Once an order enters our fulfillment system, changes or cancellations may no be longer possible. Will I have to pay customs, duties or taxes?
For international orders (orders outside of Canada), shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping rates. Customers are responsible for any additional fees incurred upon delivery. Please note that Besh Swimwear is not liable for these charges, nor for any consequences such as seizure or delay of your package by customs. If your package is returned to us due to customs issues or non-payment of these fees, you will be responsible for any costs to re-ship your package. Can I return or exchange a sale item?
Unfortunately, our return and exchange policy does not apply to items purchased with a discount code of 20% or more or items marked as final sale.

What if I am in between sizes?
Our bikinis are designed to deliver a great fit. For our Capri, Juliana, and Sofia tops, the adjustable backs allow you to fine-tune your fit for optimal support and comfort. We recommend ordering your usual size, but if you typically find yourself between sizes or prefer a looser feel, consider sizing up. For our Lola and Selene bottoms, which are not adjustable, we generally advise sizing up for a more comfortable fit. For our Camille bottoms with side ties, we suggest ordering your usual size since the ties offer extra adjustability; however, if you are usually in-between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, sizing up might be the better choice. What materials are used to make your swimwear?
Our swimwear is crafted from high-quality recycled materials. In fact, 95% of our fabrics are sourced from trusted suppliers such as Carvico, ECONYL®, and REPREVE®. Derived from ocean waste and recycled plastics, our textiles offer a luxurious feel while being built to last.
How should I care for my Besh Swimwear?
To keep your Besh Swimwear looking its best, we recommend the following care instructions:
- Hand Wash: Gently hand wash your swimwear with a mild detergent in cold water.
- Rinse Immediately: Rinse your swimsuit in cold water immediately after swimming in pools or the ocean to remove chlorine or saltwater, which can cause fading.
- Drying: Lay your suit flat to dry in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight.
- Gentle Handling: Avoid wringing or twisting your suit; instead, gently roll it in a towel to remove excess water.
- Avoid Harsh Methods: Do not tumble dry, machine wash, or wash with other items.
- Chemical-Free Care: Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, or fabric softeners, as they can damage the fabric over time.
- Avoid Sunscreen and Oils: Prevent direct contact with sunscreen and oils to maintain the integrity of the material.
- Proper Storage: Store your suit in a cool, dry place, ensuring it is completely dry before putting it away.
